Infertility
One in eight couples has trouble conceiving. After over 3 years with “unexplained infertility,” I began using photography to understand, cope with, and explore the thoughts and strong emotions that accompany being one of those couples.
We began the hard, grueling process of IVF in the Spring of 2020. It was a rough journey filled with miscarriage, failure, loss, pain, and waning hope. In Spring of 2021 we transferred our final embryo, and became pregnant, with our son born in January of 2022.
